Thinkers Dew Of B’dolah Bourbon Whisky | 700ML

This is Thinkers Distillery's first-ever bourbon, a single barrel, un-filtered expression that was distilled in the US and then shipped to Israel for further maturation. Dew Of B’Dolch whiskey was produced from a kosher wheated mash bill by the Thinkers team.

Nose: Toasty spices, cherries, manuka honey, and peaches.

Palate: Vanilla, cinder toffee, dark chocolate, oak char, and coffee.

Finish: Winter spice and caramel.
