Distilled in 2010, this 12-year-old single malt from Tullibardine spent its first nine years in a refill bourbon barrel before being transferred to a second fill bourbon barrel that previously held single malt from Longmorn.

Nose: Juicy pear and crisp apple lead to zesty citrus peels and a touch of cereal, with grassy malt in the distance.

Palate: More crisp orchard fruit joins vibrant notes of honeyed fruit salad, with earthy notes of roasted nuts beneath.

Finish: A touch of pink grapefruit, apple pastries, and oaken vanilla.

Distillery Information

Tullibardine's history of brewing and distilling dates back to 1488, when King James IV of Scotland stopped by the site, a brewery at the time, to purchase beer. This was recorded as the first public purchase of beer in Scotland.
