Westland Garryana Edition 5/1 Native Oak Series 2020 Whiskey is made from hand-selected barrels that are aged in a climate-controlled warehouse in the Pacific Northwest. The whiskey is distilled to be a 100 proof and aged for a minimum of five years. Westland Garryana Edition 5/1 Native Oak Series 2020 Whiskey is aged in a virgin oak barrel, which is made from a tree that is native to the Pacific Northwest. The whiskey is aged in these barrels for an extended period of time, allowing the wood to add a rich, woody flavor.

Nose: A sweet fragrance of cottonwood serves as the greeting followed by Waffle Crisps cereal and rich smoked chocolate notes.
Palate: Signature barbecue notes are front and center. It’s spicy and savory, reminiscent of burnt ends. Along with it are notes of cacao butter, charred maple wood, and clove.
Finish: Long.
