Nose: Caramelized sugar, toasted oak, vanilla cream, dried cherry, and baking spice with hints of leather and orange peel.

Palate: Rich and rounded with brown sugar, dark caramel, cinnamon spice, toasted nuts, charred oak, and subtle dark fruit layered over creamy bourbon sweetness.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering vanilla, seasoned oak, pepper spice, and soft tobacco notes.

Distillery Information

Yellowstone Bourbon traces its roots back to the late 1800s and is historically linked to the Dant family, one of Kentucky’s important whiskey-making lineages. The brand was revived in the modern era by Limestone Branch Distillery under the guidance of Master Distiller Stephen Beam, a descendant of both the Beam and Dant whiskey families.
