The striking speaker's house from the 17th century stands in the middle of Jenins in the Graubünden rule. Wine has been made in the old walls since time immemorial; since 2007 by Jan Luzi. When it comes to the wines that grow on the 3 hectares, the focus is on working with the vines. All interventions, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, are carried out according to biodynamic guidelines. Behind Demeter, the oldest organic label with the strictest guidelines, there is a consistently natural and sustainable production method. Little influence is exerted in the cellar in order to emphasize the grape and vintage typicality and the independence. The small annual production consisting of Pinot Noir, Completer and Pinot Blanc is available in selected wine shops, restaurants and directly from the winery. Depending on the vintage, the tried and tested range is supplemented by specialties.
