It is made with a combination of molasses and sugar cane juice, aged in American oak barrels and finished with a blend of spices. This batch is bottled at a smooth 95 proof, perfect for sipping neat or in cocktails. The nose carries aromas of caramel, oak, and dried fruit, while the palate offers notes of caramel, molasses, and spice. The finish is smooth and slightly sweet. Enjoy this rum neat, over ice, or in a rum old-fashioned.
