Bomon Shampe Platinum Semi-Sweet sparkling wine is a unique and completely natural product. This semi-sweet wine is the perfect accompaniment to summer desserts, light snacks and salads, as well as puddings, mousses, toast with jam and just fruit. It is also excellent as an aperitif. Persistant bubbles lead the way to the aromas of citrus blossom, green apples and yeasty bread. There are flavors of apple juice and lemon perserves in the midpalate. The finish is plesently sweet.

Our Angel Bomon Shampe sparkling wines are produced by the oldest enterprise in Ukraine and the biggest enterprise in Europe which was established in 1857 by French winemaker Francois Nuevau in famous Odessa region.
