Nose: Aromas and flavors of baked cherries, toasted lees, crushed gravel, and lemon curd.

Palate: A lively, finely carbonated, dry medium-full body and a complex, brisk finish with earthy tannins and no oak flavor.

Finish: A persistent finish.

Distillery Information

Running the decade of the 40's the first generation of agave producers in the family of Casa Campo Azul begins in the office of cultivation and planting of Blue Agave within the municipality of Jesús María, Jalisco.Many years later, in the year of 1996 and under the responsibility of the second generation of agave, the distillery of Casa Campo Azul was built and inaugurated under the shelter of Productos Finos de Agave. Today it is the third generation that takes the reins of the company without neglecting the agricultural origin of it, because to date the company maintains its own agave seedlings thus ensuring the supply and quality of the Agave.
