Copperworks Batch #44 Single Malt Whisky | 700ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Lemon and black cherry peel, dried pine needles and grilled pineapple to follow.
Palate: The first sip is reminiscent of sweet tea, then the fruit continues with flavors of ripe kiwi and citrus peel, persistent like an aged pipe tobacco.
Finish: A boost of white pepper, Demerara sugar and fresh raspberries.

Copperworks was founded by co-owners/distillers Jason Parker and Micah Nutt—both experienced craft beer makers, who built Copperworks to explore the possibilities of malted barley by distilling high-quality craft beer (without hops) into fine spirits.
