Mezcal Derrumbes Michoacan is an exotic combination of rich, pungent agaves and ancient production techniques. Made using a combination of Cupreata and Cenizo agave, cooked in an underground pit, this shows excellent balance between fruity and herbal notes.

Nose: Oak-y smoke, roasted apricot and red pepper.

Palate: Fresh cut grass, wood smoke, cracked stone, agave pepper, sweet tropical fruits, apples.

Finish: Cleans and fresh.
