Dolin Rouge Vermouth de Chambery is a drier styled red vermouth that has rich flavors of apple with hints of sherry. This will enhance your next Manhattan cocktail or negroni.
Dolin Rouge Vermouth Tasting Notes
Nose: The Nose is slightly deeper, more complex sweetness than with others in this range.
Palate: The palate is Like the nose with its caramel-y, Vin Santo honey. denyd juicy raisins and sticky plums, but more dried fruits as well.
Finish: Again, relatively dry, subtly bitter, with a seemingly trademark tempered sweetness.>p
Distillery Information
Dolin Vermouths are produced in the Alpine town of Chambery and makes its wines according to a controlled method that was set down in 1932. This means production must occur in Chambéry itself, real plants rather than pre-prepared infusions must be used during maceration, and sugar rather than other sweetening products must be used.
