This straight bourbon whiskey is aged more than three years in medium charred oak barrels. A proprietary mash bill of Virginia corn, wheat, rye, and malted barley define the depth, with a cherry and buttery baked goods palate, and a toasty finish.

FU All the Time Straight Bourbon Tasting Notes

Nose: Grain, mostly corn. A little yeasty breadiness. The suggestion of fruit and caramel are in there but barely.

Palate: Flavor is nice upfront with caramel and vanilla until you’re smacked over the head with youth. Biscuits and raw corn. Further sips mellow out and allow the caramel to come through more, but still very youthy.

Finish: Pepper and bready yeasty flavor lingers around a while. Some hints of oak and red fruit.
