Nose: Bright with notes of honey, golden raisin, white fruits and lightly floral.

Palate: Buttery mouthfeel, white melon, honey, golden raisin with hints of vanilla and puff pastry.

Finish: Sweet with black pepper and mild warm spice.

Founded in 2016 by Michael and Gavin Clifford, the distillery has quickly become a pioneer in Ireland's vibrant independent and craft spirit distilling scene. Gavin Clifford is the founder and inspiration behind the boutique Irish Bonac Gin.
