Lovely fresh nose, with deep-set fruit that is fresh yet creamy, with a minty vanilla sweetness, but some restraint. There is plenty of black fruit on the palate, with cassis and cocoa forming a really solid core, and a fresh, tangy blackcurrant finish.

That was once the name of a Texas Circus' 47lb Rooster. A unique vineyard producing excellent, and very affordable wines.
