Distilled using fresh rhubarb ("Roo") and locally-sourced London honey ("Bee"). This pink gin is perfect for Summer and makes a delightfully fruity and subtly sweet serve. We use honey to give it smoothness and a subtle sweetness (it's definitely not sickly sweet).
