The latest flagship single malt from the family-owned Kingsbarns distillery in the Lowlands. Scottish for Dovecot, Doocot is named after a traditional nesting shelter for doves and pigeons. There’s a 200-year-old example at the distillery which is home to the first cask of Kingsbarns whisky ever filled. Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon (90%) and STR (shaved, toasted, and re-charred) ex-Portuguese red wine (10%) casks. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. Nose: Satisfying aroma.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.

Finish: Finish is very smooth and long.
