The Hors d’age rum contained in this carafe is the result of a blend of old Barbados rums distilled in a column then aged in ex-Palo Cortado sherry barrels. Forgotten for years in a cellar in the south of the island, it reveals an aromatic profile typical of Anglo-Saxon rums.

Nose: Its nose reveals notes of citrus and cooked fruit supported by cigar box scents.
Palate: On the palate, the attack is woody and spicy.
