A 14-year-old bottling of Longrow aged in Oloroso-sherry casks. Made at the Springbank distillery, Longrow differs from its more famous sibling in that it is made with peated barley. Salty and coastal, with notes of raisins, chocolate orange and prunes.

Nose: Very fruity with toffee apples, pears and strawberries, as well as salted popcorn, chocolate and a touch of mint.
Palate: Salty and coastal with more fruity notes, raisins, chocolate orange and prunes; a dry digestive biscuit and demerara sugar note emerging.
Finish: BBQ spice and paprika with cinnamon, pecan, oats and a gentle Longrow smoke.
Distillery Information
The Springbank distillery is a family-owned single malt whisky distillery on the Kintyre Peninsula in western Scotland. It is owned by J & A Mitchell & Company, who also owns the Glengyle Distillery, the oldest independent bottler, William Cadenheads, and several blended scotch labels.
