Sitting on a sugar cane base spirit, 2nd Street Gin offers a refreshing gin that is a touch sweet and can not only be the cornerstone to traditional gin-based cocktails such as a Martini, Negroni, or Gimlet, but also represents gin in more light and local flavored drinks. Palate: Sweet and smooth.

Distillery Information
Marlin & Barrel is a small boutique distillery on Amelia Island in Florida offering a locally sourced silver rum. A basic Florida sugar cane silver rum fused with a Vanilla bean Espresso. The Espresso compliments and helps pull the vanilla out of the rum. The deep espresso flavor works well with the rum. Not so strong that it hides the rum.
