After being distilled entirely from Blue Weber agave, it's rested in bourbon barrels for four years, with just 240 bottles drawn from each cask. Oodles of chocolatey flavours to enjoy in here among the fresher agave notes – a superb postprandial sipper!

Nose: Aromas of coffee, burnt caramel, vanilla and caramelized nuts.
Palate: Notes of citrus, vanilla, coconuts and a hint of papaya.
Finish: Finishes with touches of wispy smoke, bourbon and lime.
