Bottled at 99 proof and comprised of organically-grown Maryland rye and Virginia-grown malted rye, this whiskey has the chops to shine through in any cocktail and is a must have for the serious home bartender.
Rock Creek White Whiskey Tasting Notes
Nose: Almost neutral nose with slight doughy bread, Ryvita crispbread and black pepper.
Palate: Clean, black peppery spice and faint brown bread with even fainter cream of soda vanilla and liquorice.
Finish: Muscular peppery spice with faint cream of soda and liquorice finish.
