A six-year-old straight rye whiskey from Indiana's Ross & Squibb distillery! Distilled from a mash bill of 51% rye and 49% malted barley, the whiskey spent at least six years maturing before it was selected by master distiller Ian Stirsman and bottled at a satisfying 50% ABV.

Nose: Woody notes of cedar and oak char, vanilla, coffee beans, and a touch of fresh mint.

Palate: Runny caramel, mocha, candied orange wheels and stewed stone fruit, with cinnamon and cocoa nestling beneath.

Finish: Green apple, some herbaceous mint, warming spice, slightly burnt biscuits.
