Slow Hand Six Woods Organic Whiskey

Green Bar's Slow Hand Six Woods whiskey is fermented and distilled from a 100% malt barley mash. Though it carries no age statement, its ageing process is unusual. The whiskey is aged in 1,000 and 2,000-gallon French oak vats with staves of hickory, mulberry, red oak, hard maple, and grape woods, all toasted in house, leading to influence from six different woods in total.

Nose: Spicy on nose.

Palate: Dynamic flavors of spice, hot like ginger and black pepper, and sweet like cinnamon. Sweeter and not too hot on the palate, with butterscotch and brown sugar notes.

Finish: The finish is spice followed by brown sugar, fading to wood. Warm and pleasant.

Founded in 2004, Greenbar Distillery is LA’s first since Prohibition and one of the first craft distilleries in the U.S. The Greenbar Distillery products are fresh, flavorful and easy-to-drink spirits. They are soft on the palate with beautiful finishes and no burn. And they can all be mixed and matched to create simple cocktails.
