Slyrs Classic Single Malt Whisky | 700ML

This is the signature single malt from the German distillery Slyrs. It is made with locally sourced barley, which is distilled slowly before the whisky is aged in American white oak barrels.

Nose: Tinned apricot, cereal sweetness, caramel, ginger, and citrus.

Palate: Flamed orange peel, marzipan, walnuts, cinnamon, and orchard fruit.

Finish: Stone fruit and baking spice.

Distillery Information

It all started with a bet, back in 1994: the trained brewer and master distiller Florian Stetter went on a study trip to Scotland with his master colleagues. He is surprised by the similarities he discovers with his homeland of Upper Bavaria: mountains, clear water and wonderfully pure air.
