Aged in a combination of European and American oak sherry casks, it offers intense aromas of dried fruits, toffee, ginger and spice. The palate is sweet and well-balanced, with notes of honey, apples and cinnamon. The finish is smooth and lingering, with a touch of oak and dried fruit.
