The New Zealand Collection 33 Year Old (D.1988) is a single malt whisky crafted from whisky distilled in 1988 at the Willowbank Distillery in Dunedin, New Zealand. It was matured for 33 years in ex-bourbon barrels, before being bottled in 2021 by New Zealand Whisky Collection. This whisky has a pale golden hue, with a nose of honeycomb and ripe stone fruit, underpinned by a hint of smoke.
