Nose: Fresh and fruity aromas of citrus and watermelon, with earthy juniper and hints of mint.

Palate: Juniper leads the way, with a clever balance of subtly floral, zesty fruit, garden mint freshness, and earthy spice.

Finish: Pink peppercorns lead into the finish of mint, juniper and Kaffir lime leaves.
