                  Producer Information

Champagne Marie-Noëlle Ledru (also known as Champagne MN Ledru) is a former Champagne producer based in the Grand Cru town of Ambonnay in the Montagne de Reims region, just east of Epernay and known for its Pinot Noir-based wines. Ledru's vineyard holdings covered plots across Ambonnay and neighboring Bouzy, with two hectares (five acres) of Pinot Noir in former and half a hectare (1.2 acres) of Chardonnay in the latter. Although Ledru initially claimed more than double this number of hectares, plots were lost through family claims. A range of cuvées were produced over the years Ledru was active, including a vintage bottling (Millésimé), the top-of-the-range Cuvée de Goulte, an Extra Brut and rosé – among others. Ledru herself inherited the vineyards from her parents in 1984 although, despite relative popularity as low-intervention winemaker, she retired in 2017. Her wines have since become prized in aftermarket sales.
