Bright pale yellow. Lime, crushed stone and steely minerality on the nose. A very pleasant, rich and smooth taste in the mouth. Lovely texture. The finish is quite delicate, opulent and long.

The Domaine Julien Gros is located in the town of Premeaux-Prissey in Proximité of Nuits-Saint-Georges, exploiting 5 acres of vines within 4 appellations. These include Corton-Charlemagne and Savigny les Beaune. Julien is a 7th generation winemaker in his early thirties, who is passionate about developping high quality wines with respect to the environment and various vineyard climates.
