For four generations, we have been committed to cultivating the vines and producing our champagnes while respecting traditions by applying new working techniques and modernizing the House's equipment. Having the honor of today being the representative of Champagne Legrand-Latour, I must preserve the values ​​that are dear to us. My father's passion for the search for fossils on our terroir led me, through a geo-oenological approach, to express the influence of this Champagne subsoil, rich in fossils, and to highlight the mineral expression of our champagnes. Champagne Legrand-Latour takes you on an atypical discovery of Champagne and its terroir. We will be delighted to welcome you and share with you our two passions, wine and geology.
