Since 2015, Clément and Florian have been developing in the north of the Coteaux du Giennois appellation, in the village of Beaulieu-sur-Loire. Cultivated in a reasoned way for years, their passion for their vines and their terroir has driven them to constantly pose questions. Their vineyard is worked using environmentally sustainable approaches. The vines are grassed with under-row ploughing. Respect and showcasing biodiversity. Yield control, leaf thinning and debudding are all essential ways of maintaining the health of a vineyard and the quality of their grapes. Practical, natural alternatives to fight against parasites.
