Yellow with red reflections. Medium perlage. A medium-bodied champagne with a nice attack; initially red fruits, cranberries, a slightly bitter note, grapefruit, which develops into bergamot. Good minerality and nice acidity. Slight oxidative note.

It is in the village of Aÿ, in the heart of the Marne Valley, that the Gosset family has been based for 2 generations now. In 2016, Paul Gosset takes over from his father Michel Gosset. For him, most of the work is first done in the vineyard. A great observer and defender of soil life, Paul Gosset wishes above all to favor biodiversity in his vines. Very early on, Paul decided to work without weedkiller and insecticide. He is starting a tree planting project along the edges and in his plots. He plants numerous green manures to maintain and decompact his soil. In the cellar, the wines ferment with native yeasts and receive attention. No wine makeup, Paul wants to remain faithful to the grapes he grows and picks. The common thread of its range of champagnes: time. Four vintages that follow the four seasons. A La Montre cuvée which follows a perpetual reserve year after year. Des Jours et des Muids which pays homage to another perpetual reserve, this time initiated by his father. A talent to absolutely discover for all those curious about Champagne.
