Asahara Shuzo Musashino Sparkling Sake | 720ML

A fantastic alternative for sparkling wine for those drawn to the ancient craft of sake. This sake is made at the Asahara Shuzo brewery in Saitama, Japan. Hattannishiki rice is used. The sparkle is light, with a touch of sweetness to the sake but nothing near approaching a dessert beverage. At a lower alcohol percentage, 12% ABV, this is a nice selection for a party.

Founded in 1882, Asahara Shuzo is a family brewery located in Saitama Prefecture. Locate in the middle of the hilly region, right above the Chichibu mountains. Asahara Shuzo has a wide variety of its products includes, sakes, Ume (plum) and Yuzu (pomelo) liquors. Founded in late 19th century and has been proactively developing new tastes of sake and fruit wine. Founded in 1882, Asahara Shuzo is a family brewery located in Saitama Prefecture. Locate in the middle of the hilly region, right above the Chichibu mountains. This green area is called Okumusashi, known for the cultivation of fruit trees, including plum and pomelo. Asahara brewery is now run by a young Toji. With his creativity and dynmamic personality, Asahara has a wide variety of its products includes, sakes, Ume (plum) and Yuzu (pomelo) , and also rice beers.
