The 4th release in Barrell's Gray Label series is a blend of bourbons from Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee, aged 15 years in charred new oak. Bottled at 100.4 proof, this cask strength bourbon is oak forward with rich honey-brûlée notes.

Nose: The nose opens woody with hints of smoke, honeycomb, chocolate, leather, fruit, and herbal aromas.
Palate: The palate is syrupy and sweet with cola, allspice, fennel, mint, oak spice, and fruit.
Finish: The finish is dry and tannic with hints of tobacco, nuts, coffee, and jam.
