Bel Ormeau is the fruit of a special partnership between Chilli and a magnificent property located in the heart of the Blayais vineyards. The aim of this collaboration is to create a great Blaye wine, developed from three plots that have been carefully selected with precision and passion. This very property, founded three centuries ago, has been run by the family for over 10 generations. All the know-how are rooted from the long family tradition combined with today’s knowledge. The property commits to the value of the product on a daily basis, as to meet the highest standards of quality, which is reflected in the employ of sustainable viticulture since 1996. This is why all the care that has been given to the vines could allow the grapes to be harvested at their optimum maturity, thus engender wines of joy, savory and elegance.
