A rich, dark, Irish blend, Black Bush contains a high proportion of triple-distilled single malt, aged in Oloroso sherry casks for around eight to 10 years before marriage with the grain.

Nose: Aroma of citrus, crushed almonds and olive oil.
Palate: Touches of smoke, salty tang, honey, caramel and oak.
Finish: Smooth and slightly tart, and ends with a touch of peat.
