Detailed Description

Each yearly batch of their Sherry Cask Single Malt Whisky is unique, drawn from their finest American and Spanish oak hogsheads & butts, some of which have been seasoned with dry Oloroso sherry and others with sweet Pedro Ximenez. All have been sherry-aged through their full maturation for a deeper and more flavorful whisky.

Cotswolds Sherry Cask Single Malt Whisky | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Brown sugar and cherry pie with a touch of roasted coffee beans.

Palate: Viscous and rich. Full of dark stone fruits, chocolate and a hint of roasted almonds.

Finish: Peppery oak spice accompanied by notes of dried fruits.

Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds countryside, producing Outstanding Natural Spirits since 2014, their distillery is the first full-scale distillery in the Cotswolds. They craft a range of single malt whiskies, gins and liqueurs, including the award-winning Cotswolds Dry Gin and Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky. They opened our doors seven years ago and have welcomed visitors to the site every day since, offering Tour & Tastings, Gin and Whisky Blending Masterclasses and Cocktail Masterclasses.
