Made with coffee beans from Counter Culture and cold brew from DC’s Junius, Despaccino puts coffee flavor front and center. To highlight the fruitier side of the coffee we’ve selected, rhubarb and dehydrated orange provide levity, while cacao contributes its familiar richness. It’s a great sipper on its own, but makes a great cocktail base spirit as well. Use for coffee-inflected boozy stirred cocktails, or marry surprising coffee character into a heavy sour.

Nose: Real coffee, a bit spicy and sweet, cinnamon tones.

Palate: Spicy, sweet yet light. Not very syrupy or too sweet. Taste of roasted coffee.

Finish: An unforgettable aftertaste.
