Distilled over in Lancashire, it's Wild Rose Gin from Defiance, with base of 14 traditional botanicals and, of course, wild rose! A delicately floral pink tipple that should do rather well splashed into Prosecco.

Nose: Rich, smooth indulgent cherry, juniper and coriander with sparkle and shimmer.

Palate: On the palate it's the delicate.

Finish: A sublime smooth and moreish gin.

Distillery Information

Based in Chesterfield, the Derbyshire Distillery was set up in 2018 by David Hemstock, who has a brewing background. He makes a range of products including traditional London Dry Gin, more outlandish products like a Mojito Gin and vodka too using a Kothe and Genio still.c
