The Cuvee Jeanne has a salmon-pink color it is a subtle wine. At first taste, one will observe its clear and limpid dress; this dry wine is fruity, long in mouth and delicate at the end. Red fruit dominate the feeling.
Producer Information
Chateau Castel Des Maures is a small vineyard located in Hyeres, a tiny Mediterranean town along the edge of the Maures forest. The domain itself consists of 2.4 hectares of different grasps separated by a row of olive trees. Domaine Castel des Maures Rose is an exceptional wine born of the special care provided in order obtain perfectly healthy and mature grapes and from the special attention during the vinification process. This wine is made on small volumes with respect to all fermentation stages in order to extract maximum flavor from the grapes.
