A top quality spirit from the incredible craft distillery in Evanston - once the home of Prohibition, now the home of delicious bourbon!
FEW Bourbon Single Barrel Spirit | 700ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Brown sugar and hot chocolate, with a good kick of oak-y clove. Honeycomb develops later on.
Palate: Continued festive spices with a touch of white pepper bringing more heat. Layers of caramel and red-chilli-chocolate.
Finish: Honey returns, drying cacao, orange peel.
