This Speyside single malt was distilled at GlenAllachie in 2007 and matured in a single Madeira wine hogshead for a full 12 years before bottling in August 2019 at a cask strength of 60.8% abv. Released as part of the second batch of UK exclusive single casks from the distillery, only 289 bottles have been produced, each one individually numbered.

Nose: Pineapple and orange zest with a sweet spice and a touch of mint.

Palate: Bursting with fruity notes of apricot, pineapple and coconut, with cinnamon spice and a hint of mint.

Finish: Long and satisfying.

Glenallachie is a malt whisky distillery on Speyside at Aberlour founded in 1967. It has mainly produced whisky for blends. Under Chivas ownership it released 2 official bottlings at cask strength, one of 16 and one of 18 years old. A new core range of 10, 12, 18 and 25 year old whisky was released in 2018 under the new ownership, as well as additional single cask releases.
