Made from a 100% malted barley mash, the whiskey is distilled in Griffo’s custom copper pot still, with hops incorporated during distillation to emphasize floral and aromatic character. Aged for six years in American oak casks from French cooperage Seguin Moreau, it develops a distinctive balance of malt sweetness, bright floral notes, and hop-driven character. The result bridges craft brewing and whiskey-making with an expressive profile that combines soft malt, delicate sweetness, and a subtle bitter edge.
