Boasting a softly savoury minerality coupled with notes of salted chocolate, caramel, and zest, it ought to work splendidly with a delicate main course.

Palate: A very pleasant, rich and smooth taste in the mouth. Lovely texture.

Finish: Quite delicate and smooth texture on the long finish.
