This whisky is bottled under the Holyrood Spirits Merchants label from Holyrood Distillery in Edinburgh, and has been dubbed Spicy as a hint to its flavour profile. Crafted from whiskies across Scotland as a tasty preview of the style of whiskies that Holyrood will aim to be producing themselves at the distillery, this blended malt was matured in Oloroso sherry casks, before bottling at 46% ABV.
