Nose: Impressive and charming nose.
Palate: Incredibly smooth, with notes of rich vanilla, chocolate and sweet pineapple
Finish: Quite delicate and smooth texture on the long finish.
Distillery Information
Lost Loch Spirits was founded in 2017 by Peter Dignan and Richard Pierce. The distillery is nestled in between forest and farmland on the edge of Cairngorm National Park on what would have been the eastern shore of Loch Ardlossan. Peter and Richard have an ethos to be inventive in their thinking, to look at history for inspiration and to produce a range of award winning spirits that have local provenance.
