Lustau Fino de Jerez 2024 | 500ML

Lustau presents a Fino sherry made in Jerez de la Frontera, where the long, hot summers and mild but wet winters create a rounded and fuller style of wine. This fino was produced from Palomino grapes and aged under flor in American oak casks for 4 years before being bottled without any additional treatment. Expect a dry, complex sherry.

Nose: Delicate and impressive depth on the nose.

Palate: Pungent and intense with salted butter on white bread and some nuttiness as well as a mineral, chalky quality.

Finish: Long, delicate and complex.

Distillery Information

The origins of Emilio Lustau S.A. date back to 1896, when Mr. José Ruiz-Berdejo, a secretary to the Court of Justice, started cultivating the vines of the family's state, named Nuestra Señora de la Esperanza, in his spare time. In these humble beginnings he made wines which were then sold on to larger Sherry producers.
