13 year old single malt from the marvellous Macduff Distillery, brought to us by indie bottler Heroes & Heretics. Matured in a single cask between April 2008 and October 2021, when a total of 276 bottles of this hearty Highlander were released.

Nose: Buttered shortbread, salted almonds, crisp green apple, and vanilla fudge.

Palate: Fruity raisins, hints of apricot, with rich barley and salted caramel softening warm notes of pepper and ginger.

Finish: Zesty dried fruits, floral blossom honey, underlying garden herbs bring more peppery warmth alongside sweet, oaken spice.
