Nose: Expressive on the nose, with spicy aromas of cinnamon and nutmeg, some toasty oak notes, along with toffee and stewed fruit. Everything in balance.
Palate: Stem ginger, violets, salted caramel and dark chocolate. Soft, plush and luxurious – this is classy stuff.
Finish: Very long lasting, with the ginger and violet notes dominating.
