An aromatic blend of herbs and spices sourced from all over the world are used to gently infuse the wines. Herbs and spices are added to the wines by hand and are stirred by hand every day for three weeks. Noilly Prat Original Dry was the vermouth used in the original Classic Dry Martini Cocktail. Noilly Prat Original Dry is ideal as an Apéritif and for pairing with food. Beautifully crafted by the Mediterranean Sea, in the South of France, Noilly Prat is the Original French Vermouth since 1813. Noilly Prat is still produced today in the little port of Marseillan, where 4 different variants are made, each of them benefitting from its own unique recipe and process. Noilly Prat reflects the art de vivre from the South of France.

Nose: Dry, fruity nose with tangy citrus, berry fruits and all kinds of dried herbs.

Palate: Peppery, dry palate. Very herbal, with pine resin and cedar, a little thyme…

Finish: Long, complex finish. Very dry!

Noilly Prat (French pronunciation: ?[nwa.ji p?at]) is a brand of vermouth from France, owned by the Italian company Martini & Rossi. "White" Noilly Prat is the archetype of dry, straw-coloured French vermouth. Noilly Prat now makes Red and Ambre vermouths as well, introduced in the 1960s and 1980s, but they are less widely known. Noilly Prat Dry is 18% alcohol by volume. The Noilly Prat company is based in Marseillan, in the Hérault département of southern France, and is a subsidiary of Bacardi-Martini. Joseph Noilly, a herbalist, developed the first formula in 1813.
